These are two neighbor towns located at the Pacific coast. The prices of rent, food and entertainment in this cities are among the cheapest ones in Mexico when it comes to touristic beach towns. In fact, some Mexico City residents like to spend their holidays here when they are on low-budget vacations.

Yes, we know that there were some security here issues some years ago. Nevertheless, as old-fashioned as it is, Acapulco is still a “must” in the list of places to live in. Security is no longer a problem here. In fact, it is now perceived as more secure than other commonly visited beaches like Cancun. Moreover, there is a beach town revival going on due to the boom of movies and series recently filmed at this place. Property prices are still affordable and some are increasing their value because of their vintage architecture. Certainly, it is on its way to be in vogue again soon.
